

Hi im Samantha!
I have been a certified personal trainer for 2 years and have just finished my degree of Exercise Physiology at the university of New South Wales. Iv had the opportunity to work as an exercise physiologist for the past year working with NDIS, DVA, pre and post surgery, health conditions including cancer, neurological (parkinson's), mental health, metabolic and cardiovascular domains. On the other end of the spectrum iv also had the opportunity to work with elite athletes working as a Strength and Conditioning coach for Randwick Rugby. I am passionate about helping others achieve their fitness goals using evidence based methods.
